Saturday 9th January 2021  
  A Dusky Warbler was discovered at Thetford, Norfolk today, and a King Eider was at Castlegregory, County Kerry.

Lingering rarities included the Rustic Bunting in Surrey, Dusky Warblers in Merseyside and Kent and Lesser Yellowlegs in Yorkshire.

Scarcity highlights included a Richard's Pipit, two Little Buntings, two Great Grey Shrikes, two Rose-coloured Starlings, four Yellow-browed Warblers, 18 Waxwings, 24 Lapland Buntings, an American Golden Plover, two Little Auks, three Glossy Ibises, a Green-winged Teal, two American Wigeon, four Surf Scoters, ten Ring-necked Ducks, two Black Brants, 11 Tundra Bean Geese, two Ring-billed Gulls, seven Glaucous Gulls and 14 Iceland Gulls.
