  The list of lingering rarities seen today was very similar to that of yesterday, and included the Pacific Golden Plover in Staffordshire, Black-winged Pratincole in Cambridgeshire, Collared Pratincole and six Black-winged Stilts in Suffolk, four Black-winged Stilts in Sussex, Ross's Gull in Devon and Bonaparte's Gull in Kent.

Scarcities included the Night Heron in Warwickshire, White-winged Black Tern in Cleveland, Red-necked Phalarope in Norfolk, Temminck's Stint in Cambridgeshire, Honey Buzzard in Nottinghamshire, two Cory's Shearwaters in County Mayo and three Surf Scoters in Aberdeenshire.
