Friday 27th June 2014  
  A female Red-footed Falcon showed well from mid morning onwards on the moor at Porthgwarra, Cornwall, whilst an Alpine Swift was reported over fields at Bulmer, Essex mid afternoon.

Lingering rarities included the Short-toed Eagle and two Black-winged Stilts in Sussex, Bridled Tern and Little Bittern in Northumberland, Ross's Gull in Devon and King Eider in Aberdeenshire.

Scarcity highlights were a Rose-coloured Starling, a Temminck's Stint, a Grey Phalarope, a Honey Buzzard and six Glossy Ibises.
