| Lingering rarities present today included the Short-toed Eagle in East
Sussex, Bridled Tern and Little Bittern in Northumberland,
Ross's Gull in Devon and Blyth's Reed Warbler in Shetland.
Scarcity highlights were a Temminck's Stint (Northumberland), two Rose-coloured Starlings (Suffolk and Argyll), Red-necked Phalarope (Norfolk), Ring-necked Duck (Angus) and seven Glossy Ibises. |
