	A White-rumped Sandpiper in Lothian (at Tyninghame Bay), Bonaparte's Gull in Argyll (on the Add Estuary) and an Alpine Swift in Norfolk (over Sheringham) were today's new discoveries. Lingering rarities included Ferruginous Duck in Somerset, Greater Yellowlegs in Highland, Long-billed Dowitcher in Gloucestershire and Glossy Ibis in Co Wexford. The best of the rest comprised White-winged Black Tern in Cleveland and Pectoral Sandpiper in Kent.
