	Today was jam-packed with new rarities, which included a Siberian Stonechat and Citrine Wagtail in Norfolk, Ortolan Bunting and Little Bunting in Kent, Red-rumped Swallows in Cleveland and Lincolnshire, Alpine Swift in Devon, Black Kite in Pembrokeshire and White-billed Divers in Orkney (2) and Moray. Lingering rarities comprised Black-winged Stilts in Devon (2) and Lincolnshire, Greater Yellowlegs and King Eider in Aberdeenshire and two Long-billed Dowitchers in Somerset. The best of the rest included a Serin in Suffolk, Hoopoes in Derbyshire and Dorset and Woodchat Shrike in Cornwall. A 1st-summer male pied flycatcher present for its third day at Flamborough Head (East Yorkshire) is thought to show characteristics of Atlas Flycatcher, potentially a first for Britain.
