BirdAlertPRO Just Got Even Better

Thanks for your feedback - here’s what’s new in the latest update

Since launching the completely rebuilt BirdAlertPRO app in February, we’ve been thrilled by the positive feedback - thank you to everyone who’s shared their thoughts and suggestions.

But we’re not standing still. Over the past few weeks, we’ve rolled out several improvements - the latest just yesterday [29 May] - and we wanted to bring you up to speed.

Saved Searches - faster and easier

Setting up and running your saved searches is now quicker than ever. Whether you’re tracking local rarities or regional highlights, searches are now simpler to create and lightning fast to run.

The short video below walks you through how to set up and use this improved feature.

Swipe-through Gallery - a slicker photo experience

You can now swipe left and right through images in the app, making it much smoother to browse the latest bird photos.

Don’t forget - if you’ve got bird photos to share, you can upload them directly to the RBA Gallery here.

Loading Bug Fixed

A few users told us about an issue where the app would sometimes get stuck on a loading screen. That glitch has now been fixed - but if you run into any problems, do let us know and we’ll be straight on it.

Love BirdAlertPRO?

We hope you like the new updates! If you’ve got ideas for future improvements, we’d love to hear them. And if the app’s working well for you, a quick review on the App Store or Play Store would mean a lot - thank you!
