  Mega highlights consisted of a Black-faced Bunting on Fair Isle, Shetland.

New rarities included a Oriental Turtle Dove at Hillwell, Shetland, Pallid Swift at Selsey Bill, West Sussex, and White-rumped Sandpipers at two new locations in Scotland at Riverside Nature Park near Dundee, Angus and at Invergowrie, Perth and Kinross.

Continuing rarities included Brown Shrike in Suffolk, Steppe Grey Shrike in Cornwall and Shetland, Daurian Shrike in Co. Wexford, Isabelline Shrike sp. in West Sussex, Lesser Yellowlegs in Cornwall and Co. Antrim, Lesser Scaup in Co. Wexford and Northants, Long-billed Dowitchers in Angus and Co. Wexford, Bonaparte's Gull in Co. Antrim, Harlequin Duck in Co. Donegal, White-rumped Sandpipers in Co. Derry, Richardson's Cackling Goose in Argyll, and Northern Harriers in Co. Wexford.

Friday 31st October 2025  
  New highlights from today included a Black-browed Albatross offshore at Cley NWT, Norfolk, along a Lesser Scaup was discovered at Loch a' Phuill on Tiree, Argyll.

Continuing rarities included Brown Shrike in Suffolk, Steppe Grey Shrike in Cornwall and on Shetland, Daurian Shrike in Co. Wexford, Isabelline Shrike sp. in West Sussex, Lesser Yellowlegs in Cornwall, White-rumped Sandpipers in Co. Derry, Lesser Scaup in Northants, Western Sandpiper in Ayrshire, Ferruginous Duck in Cambridgeshire, Harlequin Duck in County Donegal, Long-billed Dowitcher in Angus, and Baikal Teal in Dorset.

Thursday 30th October 2025  
  The highlight of the day was a Forster's Tern in Cornwall passing Lizard Point, whilst in County Cork a Fea's Petrel species was logged at Ballycotton.

Rarities elsewhere comprised the Daurian Shrike still in County Wexford, Brown Shrike still in Suffolk, Isabelline Shrike species in West Sussex, Steppe Grey Shrike and Lesser Yellowlegs in Cornwall, Steppe Grey Shrike and Dusky Warbler together in Shetland at Scousburgh, Mainland, three Zitting Cisticolas together in Suffolk, Pallid Harrier in Glamorgan, Long-billed Dowitcher and three White-rumped Sandpipers together in Angus, Lesser Scaup in Northamptonshire, and Ferruginous Duck in Lincolnshire.

Wednesday 29th October 2025  
  The highlight of the day was the discovery of an adult male Daurian Shrike in County Wexford at Ring Marsh with a White-rumped Sandpiper new at nearby Cahore. Elsewhere in Ireland the Harlequin Duck remained in County Donegal, Bonaparte's Gull in County Antrim, and Lesser Yellowlegs in both County Antrim and County Louth.

In Britain a Long-billed Dowitcher was new in Kent at Worth Marsh, as was a Dusky Warbler on Tresco, Isles of Scilly, whilst the Brown Shrike remained in Suffolk, Isabelline Shrike species in West Sussex, Steppe Grey Shrikes in both Cornwall and Shetland, Pallid Harrier between Carmarthenshire and Glamorgan, Long-billed Dowitcher and three White-rumped Sandpipers still together in Angus, Lesser Yellowlegs in Cornwall, and Lesser Scaup in Northamptonshire.

Tuesday 28th October 2025  
  Mega highlights consisted of a Siberian Rubythroat trapped and ringed on North Ronaldsay, Orkney.

Continuing rarities included Steppe Grey Shrike on Shetland, Hume's Warbler on Shetland. Brown Shrike in Suffolk, Isabelline Shrike sp. in West Sussex, Lesser Yellowlegs in Cornwall and Co. Antrim, Pallid Harrier in Glamorgan, White-rumped Sandpipers in Staffordshire, Co. Derry, and Angus, Lesser Scaup in Northants, Northern Harrier in Co. Wexford, Harlequin Duck in County Donegal, Bonaparte's Gull in Co. Antrim, Long-billed Dowitcher in Angus, and Baikal Teal in Dorset.

Monday 27th October 2025  
  New discoveries today included a Hume's Warbler at Sandwick, Shetland, a Lesser Scaup at Ditchford, Northamptonshire and a Ferruginous Duck at Brampton, Cambridgeshire.

Lingering rarities included the Brown Shrike in Suffolk, Isabelline Shrike species in Sussex, Steppe Grey Shrike in Shetland, American Pipit in Scilly, Dusky Warbler in Cornwall, Harlequin Duck in County Donegal, Ferruginous Duck in Lincolnshire, Richardson's Cackling Goose in County Sligo, Long-billed Dowitcher and two White-rumped Sandpipers in Angus, three more of the latter in County Derry and one in Staffordshire, Lesser Yellowlegs in Cornwall, Northern Harrier in County Wexford and single Pallid Harriers in Pembrokeshire and Glamorgan.

Sunday 26th October 2025  
  The highlight of the day was the discovery of an Isabelline Shrike species in West Sussex at Henfield. Elsewhere in Britain an American Pipit remained in the Isles of Scilly, Brown Shrike in Suffolk, Olive-backed Pipit in Shetland, Dusky Warbler and Lesser Yellowlegs in Cornwall, Long-billed Dowitchers in both Angus and Orkney, Ferruginous Duck in Lincolnshire, and White-rumped Sandpipers in Merseyside and Staffordshire.

In Ireland a Northern Harrier was new in County Wexford at Cahore with a further Northern Harrier, Semipalmated Sandpiper, and three White-rumped Sandpipers nearby at Tacumshin, the Harlequin Duck was still in County Donegal, Pacific Diver still in County Cork, White-rumped Sandpipers in County Donegal and County Londonderry (3), Lesser Yellowlegs in County Antrim and County Louth, and a Bonaparte's Gull still in County Antrim.

  New rarities included a Lesser Scaup at Pennington Flash, Greater Manchester, Lesser Yellowlegs at Rue Point, Rathlin Island, Co. Antrim, Semipalmated Sandpiper at Cashen Estuary, Co. Kerry, Black Scoter at Peffer Sands, Lothian, and Rustic Bunting at Kynance Cove, The Lizard, Cornwall.

Continuing rarities included a Brown Shrike in Suffolk, Olive-backed Pipit in Shetland, American Pipit in Scilly, White-rumped Sandpipers in Staffordshire, Co. Derry, and Co. Wexford, Pallid Harrier in Norfolk and Pembrokeshire, Lesser Yellowlegs in Cornwall and Co. Louth, Baikal Teal in Dorset, Semipalmated Sandpiper in Co. Wexford, Harlequin Duck in County Donegal, Richardson's Cackling Goose in Argyll and Co. Sligo, Long-billed Dowitcher in Angus, and Ferruginous Duck in Lincolnshire.

Late News included a Bonaparte's Gull at Big Sand, Loch Gairloch, Highland.

Rarities today in Britain comprised the Brown Shrike still in Suffolk, Isabelline Wheatear and Steppe Grey Shrike both still in Shetland, Western Sandpiper in Ayrshire, Baikal Teal in Dorset, a Gull-billed Tern briefly in Lincolnshire at Sandilands, Radde's Warbler in Orkney, Lesser Scaup in the Western Isles on South Uist, Lesser Yellowlegs in Cornwall, White-rumped Sandpiper in Staffordshire, and Ferruginous Duck in Lincolnshire.

In Ireland the Harlequin Duck remains in County Donegal, a Northern Harrier, Lesser Yellowlegs, and Lesser Scaup together in County Wexford, Laughing Gull in County Kerry, Bonaparte's Gull in County Antrim, and two White-rumped Sandpipers in County Londonderry.

Thursday 23rd October 2025  
  In Aberdeenshire, the White-throated Needletail was reported at Loch of Strathbeg RSPB briefly. In Orkney, a Black-throated Thrush and a Radde's Warbler were trapped on North Ronaldsay, a Paddyfield Warbler was found on Fair Isle, Shetland, a Bonaparte's Gull was at Loch Gairloch, Highland and a Ferruginous Duck was at Langtoft, Lincolnshire, whilst a Fea's Petrel species flew past a boat off Cornwall.

Lingering rarities included the Isabelline Wheatear, Olive-backed Pipit and Hornemann's Redpoll in Shetland, American Pipits in Scilly and County Galway, Harlequin Duck in County Donegal, Baikal Teal in Dorset, Lesser Yellowlegs in Cornwall, three White-rumped Sandpipers in County Derry and one in Staffordshire, Pacific Diver in County Cork and Bonaparte's Gulls in Northumberland and County Antrim.
