| The find of the day was a Swainson's Thrush on Dursey Island in County Cork. New rarities today were an American Pipit at the Skellig Islands in County Kerry, Baird's Sandpipers in South Yorkshire, Staffordshire and Lincolnshire, and a Pallid Harrier over East Prawle in Devon. Rarities included a Black-winged Kite in Norfolk, the Blackburnian Warbler in County Cork, three Zitting Cisticolas in Suffolk, a Solitary Sandpiper in Scilly, a Western Bonelli's Warbler in Kent, a Semipalmated Sandpiper in County Donegal, further Baird's Sandpipers in Glamorgan, County Cork, County Mayo, Moray, the Western Isles, Argyll and Shetland, a Pallid Harrier in West Sussex, a Long-billed Dowitcher in Orkney, an American Black Tern in Shetland, and Lesser Yellowlegs in Somerset. |
