  The find of the day was a Trumpeter Finch on Fair Isle, Shetland.

New rarities today consisted of a Pallid Swift at Spurn in East Yorkshire, a Lesser Scaup at Loch Gelly in Fife, and a Ferruginous Duck at Dix Pit in Oxfordshire.

Rarities included a Western Reef Heron in Pembrokeshire, a Semipalmated Sandpiper in Orkney, a Bonaparte's Gull in Aberdeenshire, an American Black Tern in Northumberland, a Ferruginous Duck in Warwickshire, and a Black-winged Kite in Norfolk.
