| In Ireland today rarities comprised the American Bittern still in County Cork, Harlequin Duck still in County Donegal, Double-crested Cormorant in County Sligo, Black Scoter in County Kerry, and in County Wexford American Coot, Northern Harrier, and Long-billed Dowitcher.
In Britain Killdeer, Bonaparte's Gull, and Dusky Warbler were all still in Cornwall, both Stejneger's Scoter and White-winged Scoter were in Fife, a Hooded Merganser new in Warwickshire at Alvecote Pools, King Eider still in Highland, Lesser Yellowlegs still in Denbighshire, and Lesser Scaups in both Buckinghamshire and Somerset. |

| Find of the day was a Killdeer at Chapel Amble, in Cornwall.
The only new rarity found was a Bonaparte's Gull at Blackhead Path, County Antrim. Rarities included a Harlequin Duck in County Donegal, Lesser Scaups in Buckinghamshire and County Wexford, Lesser Yellowlegs in County Antrim, Bonaparte's Gull in Cornwall, Hume's Warbler in Warwickshire, King Eider in Highland, Forster's Tern in Dorset, Richardson's Cackling Geese in Dumfries and Galloway and Argyll, Zitting Cisticolas in Suffolk, and American Bittern and American Coot in County Cork and County Wexford respectively. |
