  The new rarities today were a female Hooded Merganser at Pilning Wetlands in Gloucestershire and a Bonaparte's Gull on Easter Loch in Shetland.

Continuing rarities included Ross's Gull in Cornwall, Redhead in County Kerry, Harlequin Duck in County Donegal, King Eider in Shetland, Lesser Scaup in Cornwall (2) and Cheshire, Pacific Diver in Cornwall and County Cork, Bonaparte's Gull on Scilly, Zitting Cisticola remained in Suffolk, Hume's Warbler in Suffolk and Warwickshire, Eastern Black Redstart in Norfolk, Red-flanked Bluetail in Kent, Kentish Plover in Somerset, Lesser Yellowlegs in Denbighshire and Cornwall and Long-billed Dowitcher in Angus.
