| The highlight of the day was the discovery of a male Eastern Black Redstart in Norfolk at Sheringham, whilst another remained at Filey, North Yorkshire.
Elsewhere rarities comprised the Ross's Goose still in Argyll, Pacific Diver, Dusky Warbler, and two Lesser Scaups in Cornwall, Pallid Harrier in Glamorgan, King Eiders in Highland and Shetland, Hume's Warbler in Norfolk, Long-billed Dowitcher in Angus, three Penduline Tits together in Gloucestershire, and Ferruginous Ducks still in Hertfordshire, and new at Lackford Lakes, Suffolk. |
