  Discoveries today included in Orkney a Franklin's Gull on North Ronaldsay, and on Papa Westray both Greenish Warbler and White-rumped Sandpiper, whilst in Ireland a Semipalmated Sandpiper was found in County Cork at Clonakilty, and a White-rumped Sandpiper was new at Ballyferriter, County Kerry.

Elsewhere at least three Zitting Cisticolas and the Black Stork remained in Suffolk, as did the Western Sandpiper in Ayrshire, Marsh Sandpiper in Gwent, Black-winged Pratincole in Lincolnshire, Western Bonelli's Warblers in both Devon and Pembrokeshire, Long-billed Dowitcher in Orkney, Bonaparte's Gull in Kent, White-rumped Sandpiper in East Yorkshire, and two Lesser Scaups together Staffordshire.
