  Discoveries today included a Barolo Shearwater in County Clare passing Bridges of Ross, a Caspian Tern briefly in Northumberland at East Chevington, Lesser Scaup in Greater Manchester at Audenshaw Reservoir, White-rumped Sandpiper in Aberdeenshire at the Ythan Estuary, and in Cornwall a Black Kite at Land's End.

Continuing rarities confirmed as still present were the White-winged Scoter in Lothian, Eastern Subalpine Warbler in Shetland, Bonaparte's Gull in Kent, Lesser Yellowlegs in Lancashire, and Ferruginous Duck in Warwickshire.
