Kent provided the highlights again today with the Zitting Cisticola remaining at Foreness Point albeit only present early morning, and a Caspian Tern joined the lingering Bonaparte's Gull at Oare Marshes.
Elsewhere rarities comprised the Western Sandpiper still in Ayrshire, Black-winged Pratincole still in Shetland, territorial Blyth's Reed Warbler in Borders, Lesser Yellowlegs again in Hampshire, American Black Tern in Northumberland, and Ferruginous Ducks in both Leicestershire and Warwickshire. |
