| The highlight of the day was the return of the Forster's Tern to Poole Harbour, Dorset for a third year.
Rarities today comprised the Bufflehead still in Shetland, Pacific Diver still in County Cork, Ashy-headed Wagtail in Cornwall, two Blue-winged Teals together in East Yorkshire, Pallid Harrier in Norfolk, Long-billed Dowitcher in County Wexford, Bonaparte's Gulls in Cornwall and Glamorgan, and Lesser Scaups in County Armagh, Dorset, Essex (2), Gloucestershire, and County Wexford. Yesterday an Iberian Chiffchaff was identified at Dungeness, Kent. |
