  Discoveries today included a white morph Gyr Falcon on Anglesey at Rhosneigr, and in Cornwall an Alpine Swift at Trevescan.

Elsewhere, rarities comprised a White-winged Scoter still in Lothian, Black Scoter still in Wirral, Pallid Harrier in Norfolk, Long-billed Dowitcher in Devon, Bonaparte's Gulls in Cornwall and Glamorgan, two White-billed Divers together in Aberdeenshire, Lesser Scaups in Dorset and Essex (2), and Ferruginous Ducks in Lincolnshire and Warwickshire (2).
