| Single Bonaparte's Gulls were found on the Ogmore Estuary in Glamorgan and at Ballyconneely in County Galway, whilst a White-biled Diver flew past Whitburn, County Durham.

| On the border of County Leitrim and County Longford a Lesser Scaup was found at Drumshanbo Lough. In Lothian there was a new White-billed Diver in Gullane Bay.
