| Discoveries today included in Ireland a King Eider new in County Mayo on The Mullet, and a Lesser Scaup at Portmore Lough, County Antrim.
Continuing rarities comprised the Black-throated Thrush still in Hampshire, Bufflehead still in Shetland, White-winged Scoter in Lothian, Eastern Yellow Wagtail in Lincolnshire, Pallid Harriers in Norfolk and Pembrokeshire, Long-billed Dowitcher in Devon, Bonaparte's Gull in County Kerry, Lesser Scaup in Derbyshire, Ferruginous Duck in Cambridgeshire, and in County Mayo three Richardson's Cackling Geese and an Azorean Yellow-legged Gull. |
