The Scops Owl was seen again at Broadstairs in Kent this evening, after an absence of three days. However, there was again no sign of the Yellow Warbler in Kent nor was there any sign of either the Least Sandpiper nor the Baikal Teal in Somerset.

The Grey-headed Lapwing remained in Northumberland and the American Coot was still on Mainland Shetland. Other lingering rarities included Long-billed Dowitchers in Norfolk and Devon, Lesser Yellowlegs in Hampshire, Lesser Scaups in Staffordshire, Perth and Kinoross (2) and Essex, Ferruginous Ducks in Hertfordshire, London, Lincolnshire and Warwickshire and Bonaparte's Gull in Cornwall.
