| Today's new rarities consisted of a Bonaparte's Gull at Ballygally, County Antrim, another Bonaparte's Gull at Myross, County Cork, and a Ferruginous Duck at Stanton Harcourt in Oxfordshire.
Existing rarities today comprised the Scops Owl in Kent, Long-billed Dowitcher and Pallid Harrier in Norfolk, Ferruginous Ducks in London, Hertfordshire, and Warwickshire, Kentish Plover and Baikal Teal in Somerset, Canvasback in Essex, and Lesser Scaups in Staffordshire, Essex, Somerset, Cambridgeshire, and County Wexford(2). |
