| Rarities today comprised the Grey-headed Lapwing still in Northumberland, American Coot and Bufflehead both still in Shetland, Pallid Harriers in County Cork and Norfolk, Long-billed Dowitchers in Devon, Norfolk, and County Wexford, Kentish Plover in Somerset, Lesser Scaups in Fife, Somerset, and Staffordshire, and Ferruginous Ducks in both Hertfordshire and Warwickshire. | ||
