  In Ireland the highlight of the day was a Citrine Wagtail new in County Wexford at Tacumshin, and another Scopoli's Shearwater idenitifed at Bridges of Ross, County Clare.

In Britain Lingering rarities confirmed as still present today were the Hudsonian Godwit in Flintshire, Stejneger's Scoter in Lothian, Canvasback in Essex, Black-headed Bunting on the Shetland Isles, Gull-billed Tern on the Isles of Scilly, Spotted Sandpiper in Pembrokeshire, Semipalmated Sandpiper in Cornwall, White-rumped Sandpiper in Norfolk, Black-winged Stilt in Cambridgeshire, Lesser Scaup in Staffordshire, and Ferruginous Duck in Buckinghamshire.
