| New rarities consisted of a Franklin's Gull which flew south over Anderby Marsh in Lincolnshire, Black-winged Pratincole at Kilnsea Wetlands in East Yorkshire, Lesser Yellowlegs at Finningley in Nottinghamshire, and late news of a White-rumped Sandpiper at Rockcliffe in Cumbria.
Lingering rarities today included the Least Tern in County Dublin and Franklin's Gull in London. |
