| New rarities today consisted of a Marsh Sandpiper at Normandy Marsh in Hampshire, Alpine Swift at Kenfig Pool in Glamorgan, Savi's Warbler at North Cave Wetlands in East Yorkshire, Little Bittern at Woolston Eyes in Cheshire, and late news of a Black Kite in Sheepcote Valley, East Sussex.
Lingering rarities still present today included the Bonaparte's Gull in Dorset, another Bonaparte's Gull in Carmarthenshire, Long-billed Dowitcher in Norfolk, Lesser Yellowlegs in County Louth and Lincolnshire, Black-winged Stilt and Red-breasted Goose in Lincolnshire, Lesser Scaups in Suffolk (two), County Wexford and Glamorgan, Ferruginous Duck in Kent and a Wilson's Phalarope in County Donegal. |
