Rarities discovered today comprised a Pallid Swift on the Isles of Scilly on St Mary's, a Red-rumped Swallow in County Cork at Lough Clubir, a Black-winged Stilt in County Kerry at Smerwick Harbour, and Black Kites briefly in both Cambridgeshire and East Sussex.
Lingering rarities confirmed as still present were the Myrtle Warbler in Ayrshire, Forster's Tern in Dorset, Iberian Chiffchaff on the Isles of Scilly, Western Subalpine Warbler in County Wexford, Pallid Harrier in Carmarthenshire, Long-billed Dowitchers in both Norfolk and East Sussex, Lesser Scaup in Glamorgan, Ferruginous Ducks in Kent and Warwickshire, two White-billed Divers together in Aberdeenshire, and in Lincolnshire at Frampton Marsh Red-breasted Goose, Bonaparte's Gull, Lesser Yellowlegs, and Black-winged Stilt. |

A Black Kite flew over Eastbourne, Sussex late morning, a Red-breasted Goose arrived at Frampton Marsh RSPB, Lincolnshire and a further two Ferruginous Ducks in Warwickshire, this time at Napton Reservoir, perpetuated the countys exceptional recent run of this species.
Lingering rarities included the Myrtle Warbler in Ayrshire, Western Subalpine Warbler in County Wexford, Forster's Tern in Dorset, Lesser Yellowlegs in Lincolnshire and Yorkshire, Long-billed Dowitchers in Sussex and Norfolk, Black-winged Stilt in Lincolnshire, Ferruginous Ducks in Kent and Cheshire, Lesser Scaups in Essex (three), Glamorgan, Cumbria and Western Isles, Red-breasted Goose in Norfolk, two White-billed Divers in Aberdeenshire, Pallid Harrier in Carmarthenshire and Bonaparte's Gulls in Lincolnshire and Carmarthenshire. |

The third Bonaparte's Gull for Lincolnshire was present at Frampton Marsh RSPB briefly today, along with the Black-winged Stilt and long staying Lesser Yellowlegs. A Western Subalpine Warbler was found at Hook Head, County Wexford and an Iberian Chiffchaff was heard on St Agnes, Isles of Scilly.
Other lingering rarities still present today included the Myrtle Warbler in Ayrshire, Double-crested Cormorant in County Sligo, Forster's Tern in Dorset, Lesser Yellowlegs in County Louth, Long-billed Dowitchers in Norfolk and County Wicklow, Bonaparte's Gull in Carmarthenshire, Lesser Scaups in Essex, Glamorgan and County Waterford, Ferruginous Duck in Kent, Red-breasted Goose in Norfolk and two White-billed Divers in Aberdeenshire. |

An Iberian Chiffchaff was found in Sherington, Buckinghamshire, a Savi's Warbler at Wicken Fen, Cambridgeshire and two Red-breasted Geese flew over Lytchett Bay, Dorset.
Lingering rarities still present included the Myrtle Warbler in Ayrshire, Forster's Tern in Dorset, Black-winged Stilt in Lincolnshire, Long-billed Dowitchers in East Sussex and Norfolk, Ferruginous Duck in Kent, Lesser Yellowlegs in Lincolnshire, Lesser Scaups in Glamorgan, and Essex(3), Red-breasted Goose in Norfolk, Bonaparte's Gull in Carmarthenshire and White-billed Divers in Moray(2) and Aberdeenshire(4). |

A Pallid Swift was found at Patrington Haven, Yorkshire mid morning, with a Red-rumped Swallow at Marton Mere, Lancashire and an Alpine Swift was near Boswednack, Cornwall.
Lingering rarities still present included the Myrtle Warbler in Ayrshire, Forster's Tern in Dorset, Black-winged Stilt in Lincolnshire, Long-billed Dowitchers in County Wicklow and Norfolk, Lesser Yellowlegs in Lincolnshire and County Louth, Lesser Scaup in Western Isles, Pallid Harriers in Scilly and Glamorgan, Bonaparte's Gull in Carmarthenshire and White-billed Diver in Moray. |

New discoveries today included a Black-winged Stilt at Frampton Marsh RSPB, Lincolnshire, a Red-breasted Goose at Callernish, Western Isles, a Lesser Scaup at Dunham Massey Park, Greater Manchester and a White-billed Diver off Burghead, Moray.
Lingering rarities still present included the Myrtle Warbler in Ayrshire, Forster's Tern in Dorset, Bonaparte's Gull in Carmarthenshire, Long-billed Dowitchers in Norfolk and Orkney, Lesser Yellowlegs in Lincolnshire and Yorkshire, Lesser Scaups in Glamorgan and Clyde, two Ferruginous Ducks in Cheshire and one in Warwickshire, four White-billed Divers in Aberdeenshire and Pallid Harriers in Scilly and Glamorgan. |

An Alpine Swift was found in West Sussex at Southbourne, Double-crested Cormorant in County Sligo at Colgagh Lough, and Bonaparte's Gull in Carmarthenshire at Sandy Water Park.

A Slate-coloured Junco was found in Dorset at Gillingham, Alpine Swift in Somerset at Sea Mills, Pallid Harrier on Scilly at St Martins, five White-billed Divers in Moray at Cullen, and Ferruginous Duck in Kent at Whetsted.

A Lesser Scaup was a new discovery on Loch Bee, South Uist, Western Isles today.

A Lesser Scaup was found at Old Hall Marshes, Essex today, whilst the Long-billed Dowitcher returned to Sanday, Orkney.
Lingering rarities included the Myrtle Warbler in Ayrshire, Bufflehead in Perth and Kinross, Ferruginous Duck in Somerset, Lesser Scaups in Glamorgan, Cheshire, Cumbria (two) and Clyde, Forster's Tern in Dorset, Long-billed Dowitcher in Norfolk, Lesser Yellowlegs in Lincolnshire, Black Kite in Nottinghamshire, Pied-billed Grebe in County Galway, two White-billed Divers in Aberdeenshire and Red-breasted Goose in Argyll. |
