Saturday 3rd February 2024  
  A Cackling Goose was found at Lunt, Lancashire this morning.

Lingering rarities still present included the Sociable Lapwing in Cornwall, Lesser Yellowlegs in Lincolnshire, Black Scoter and two Ferruginous Ducks in Norfolk (with further Ferruginous Ducks in Hampshire and Warwickshire), Baikal Teal and Kentish Plover in Somerset, Black-throated Thrush in Yorkshire, Long-billed Dowitcher in West Sussex, Red-beasted Goose in Northumberland and two further Red-breasted Geese and a Pallid Harrier in Norfolk.

Friday 2nd February 2024  
  A Long-billed Dowitcher was found at Carlton Marshes, Suffolk this afternoon.

Lingering rarities still present included the Sociable Lapwing in Cornwall, Lesser Yellowlegs in Lincolnshire, Black Scoter and two Ferruginous Ducks in Norfolk (with further Ferruginous Ducks in Hampshire, Warwickshire and Nottinghamshire), Baikal Teal in Somerset, Lesser Scaup in Pembrokeshire, Red-beasted Goose in Northumberland and two further Red-breasted Geese and a Pallid Harrier in Norfolk.

Thursday 1st February 2024  
  The star find today was a Sociable Lapwing in Cornwall at Ruan Lanihorne on the Fal Estuary, a Red-breasted Goose was found in Norfolk at King's Lynn, Double-crested Cormorant in County Wexford at Slade, White-billed Diver on Shetland at Unst off Skaw.

Continuing rarities today comprised the Black Scoter and three Red-breasted Geese in Norfolk(2) and Northumberland, Baikal Teal in Somerset, Pallid Harriers in Norfolk, Glamorgan, and Pembrokeshire, Ferruginous Ducks in Warwickshire and Hampshire, six Lesser Scaup Devon(5) and Pembrokeshire, and Lesser Yellowlegs in Lincolnshire.

Wednesday 31st January 2024  
  Continuing rarities today comprised the Black Scoter and Red-breasted Goose in Norfolk, Baikal Teal, Pallid Harriers in Norfolk, Glamorgan, and Carmarthenshire, Ferruginous Duck in Warwickshire, Long-billed Dowitcher in East Sussex, and Lesser Yellowlegs in Lincolnshire.

  Rarities today comprised Baikal Teal and Kentish Plover in Somerset, Red-breasted Geese still in Essex, Norfolk, and Northumberland, Pallid Harriers in both Norfolk and Pembrokeshire, Long-billed Dowitcher still in East Sussex, Lesser Yellowlegs in Lincolnshire, Lesser Scaups in Devon (five together) and Pembrokeshire, and Ferruginous Ducks in Norfolk (2), Nottinghamshire, and Warwickshire.

Monday 29th January 2024  
  Rarities today comprised Red-breasted Goose and Pallid Harrier both still in Norfolk, Red-breasted Goose in Northumberland, Lesser Yellowlegs in Lincolnshire, White-billed Diver on the Shetland Isles, and Lesser Scaups in Clyde, County Sligo, and the Western Isles.

Significant late news form yesterday concerned the Penduline Tit still in County Cork at Lough Beg.

Sunday 28th January 2024  
  The highlight of the day was the discovery of a Black Scoter in Norfolk in Holkham Bay whilst both Red-breasted Goose and Pallid Harrier remained nearby.

Elsewhere rarities comprised the Canvasback still in Essex, Black-throated Thrush still in East Yorkshire, Red-breasted Goose in Northumberland, Pallid Harrier between Carmarthenshire and Glamorgan, Kentish Plover in Somerset, Long-billed Dowitcher in East Sussex, King Eider in Lothian, Lesser Yellowlegs in both Lincolnshire and County Louth, and Ferruginous Ducks in Nottinghamshire and Warwickshire.

Saturday 27th January 2024  
  A Cackling Goose was found in County Clare at Doonbeg, a Ferruginous Ducks in both Cambridgeshire at Fen Drayton Lakes, and Warwickshire at Warwick Racecourse, and a new King Eider in Lothian at Port Seton.

Lingering rarities still present included a Long-billed Dowitcher in Sussex, Canvasback in Essex, Kentish Plover in Somerset, Lesser Yellowlegs in Lincolnshire, Pallid Harriers in Norfolk, Carmarthenshire/Glamorgan and Pembrokeshire, Ferruginous Duck in Nottinghamshire, Lesser Scaup in Pembrokeshire and Red-breasted Goose in Northumberland.

  A Cackling Goose was found in County Clare near Kilkee.

Lingering rarities still present included a Long-billed Dowitcher in Sussex, Lesser Yellowlegs in Lincolnshire, Pallid Harriers in Norfolk, Carmarthenshire/Glamorgan and Pembrokeshire, Ferruginous Duck in Nottinghamshire, Lesser Scaups in Devon (five) and Pembrokeshire and Red-breasted Goose in Northumberland.

  The star find this afternoon was a White-billed Diver in Essex at Southend-on-Sea.

Continuing rarities today comprised the Pallid Harrier and Ferruginous Duck in Norfolk, Red-breasted Geese in Lancashire and Norfolk, Lesser Yellowlegs in Lincolnshire, and both Kentish Plover and five Lesser Scaup in Somerset.
