| Discoveries today included a King Eider in Lothian at Cockenzie, and a Bonaparte's Gull in Cornwall at Maer Lake.
Lingering rarities confirmed as still present were the Northern Waterthrush in Essex, Black-throated Thrush and Lesser Yellowlegs both in East Yorkshire, Red-breasted Goose and Pallid Harrier in Norfolk, Kentish Plover in Somerset, Bonaparte's Gulls in County Antrim and Highland, Lesser Scaups in Devon and Pembrokeshire, and Ferruginous Ducks in both Hampshire and London. |
