  Rarities today comprised Northern Waterthrush and Red-breasted Goose both still in Essex, White-winged Scoter, Bufflehead, and Pied-billed Grebe all still together in County Galway, Double-crested Cormorant still in County Leitrim, Black-throated Thrush in East Yorkshire, Baikal Teal in County Durham, Pallid Harrier and Ferruginous Duck in Norfolk, Red-breasted Geese and two Richardson's Cackling Geese in Argyll, Red-breasted Goose in Northumberland, Long-billed Dowitcher in County Wexford, Lesser Yellowlegs in Suffolk, two Bonaparte's Gulls in Cornwall, and Lesser Scaups in Devon (5) and Pembrokeshire.
