| New rarities found today included a Richardson's Cackling Goose at Cross Lough, County Mayo and a Lesser Scaup at Auchenreoch Loch, Dumfries and Galloway.
Lingering rarities included the Black-throated Thrush in Yorkshire, Canvasback in Essex, Baikal Teal in Somerset, Lesser Scaups in Devon (seven), Somerset, Pembrokeshire (two) and County Waterford, Ferruginous Ducks in Norfolk (two) and Nottinghamshire, Red-breasted Geese in Essex, Norfolk and Northumberland, Pallid Harrier in Norfolk, Kentish Plover in Somerset, Lesser Yellowlegs in Suffolk, Lincolnshire and Yorkshire, Long-billed Dowitcher in Sussex and Bonaparte's Gulls in Cornwall (two) and County Antrim. |
