| Five White-billed Divers on Orkney flew past Papa Westray, and in England a Spotted Sandpiper was found in Cornwall at Looe.
Lingering rarities included the Hume's Warbler on Shetland, Cape May Warbler in Scilly, Canvasback in Essex, Long-billed Dowitcher in East Sussex, Bufflehead in County Antrim, White-rumped Sandpiper in Gloucestershire, Lesser Yellowlegs in Suffolk, East Yorkshire, and Lincolnshire and Pallid Harrier and Pallid Swift still in Norfolk. |

| A Hume's Warbler was discovered on Fetlar, Shetland, also on Shetland, an Olive-backed Pipit was found at Mulla on the Mainland.
Lingering rarities included the Cape May Warbler in Scilly, Canvasback in Essex, Long-billed Dowitcher in County Waterford, Kentish Plover in Somerset, White-rumped Sandpiper in Gloucestershire, Lesser Yellowlegs in Lincolnshire and Pallid Harrier and Pallid Swift in Norfolk. |

| An American Robin was discovered on Dursey Island, County Cork late morning, the first record for Ireland since 1983.
Lingering rarities included the Cape May Warbler in Scilly, Canvasback in Essex, Blue-winged Teal in Yorkshire, Ferruginous Duck in Dorset, Kentish Plover in Somerset, White-rumped Sandpiper in Gloucestershire, Lesser Yellowlegs in Lincolnshire and Pallid Harrier and Pallid Swift in Norfolk. |

| Sunday 12th November 2023 | ||

||
| The highlight of the day was the continued presence of the Canvasback in Essex at Abberton Reservoir, whilst lingering rarities elsewhere comprised the Bufflehead still in County Antrim, Red-breasted Goose, Pallid Swift, and Pallid Harrier in Norfolk, Kentish Plover in Somerset, White-rumped Sandpiper in Gloucestershire, Lesser Yellowlegs in Suffolk, King Eider on the Western Isles, Lesser Scaup in County Donegal, and Ferruginous Duck in Cambridgeshire.
Discoveries today included a Lesser Scaup on the Western Isles on South Uist and a Coues's Arctic Redpoll on the Shetland Isles on Whalsay. Significant late news concernes a Rose-breasted Grosbeak present yesterday near Skibbereen, County Cork. |

| A Canvasback was discovered in Essex today, at Abberton Reservoir where it showed from Gwen's Hide, Bonaparte's Gull and Dusky Warbler also in Essex at Goldhanger and The Naze respectively, a Penduline Tit was found in Norfolk at How Hill NR, a Pallid Harrier at Happisburgh, as well as a Pallid Swift also in Norfolk, a Lesser Scaup in County Antrim at Portmore Lough.
Lingering rarities still present included the Cape May Warbler on Scilly, Penduline Tit in Hertfordshire, Lesser Yellowlegs in East Yorkshire, Little Crake in Buckinghamshire, Bufflehead Lesser Scaup in County Antrim, Blue-winged Teal in Yorkshire, Ferruginous Ducks in Cambridgeshire, Red-breasted Geese in Northumberland, Kentish Plover in Somerset, Long-billed Dowitcher in East Sussex, White-rumped Sandpiper in Gloucestershire and Lesser Yellowlegs in Suffolk. |

| The first Cape May Warbler for England was discovered in Scilly today, where it showed exceptionally well near Church Quay on Bryher. Single Penduline Tits were found at Fishers Green NR, Essex and Rye Meads RSPB, Hertfordshire, and a Lesser Yellowlegs was at Swine Moor, Yorkshire.
Lingering rarities still present included the Little Crake in Buckinghamshire, Bufflehead and Lesser Scaup in County Antrim (with the latter species also in Devon and Clyde), Blue-winged Teal in Yorkshire, Ferruginous Ducks in Dorset and Cambridgeshire, Red-breasted Geese in Norfolk and Northumberland, Kentish Plover in Somerset, Long-billed Dowitcher in Norfolk, White-rumped Sandpiper in Gloucestershire and Lesser Yellowlegs in Suffolk. |

||
Discoveries today included a White's Thrush in Lancashire at Southport, the first Bufflehead of the year, in County Antrim near Portrush, and now two Red-breasted Geese together in Norfolk at Wells. Lingering rarities confirmed as still present were the Little Crake in Buckinghamshire, Pallid Harrier in Norfolk, Red-breasted Goose in Northumberland, Blue-winged Teal in East Yorkshire, Dusky Warbler on the Shetland Isles, Lesser Yellowlegs in Suffolk, White-rumped Sandpiper in Gloucestershire, Long-billed Dowitchers in both Norfolk and East Sussex, Lesser Scaup in County Donegal, and a Ferruginous Duck in Dorset. Late news for yesterday included the Forster's Tern still present in Dorset at Arne. |

Lingering rarities confirmed as still present were the Little Crake in Buckinghamshire, Pallid Harrier in Norfolk, Blue-winged Teal in East Yorkshire, White-rumped Sandpiper in Gloucestershire, Dusky Warbler on Shetland, Ferruginous Ducks in both Cambridgeshire and Dorset, Red-breasted Goose in Norfolk, Red-flanked Bluetail in Aberdeenshire, Lesser Yellowlegs in Suffolk, King Eider in Western Isles, and Lesser Scaups in Cornwall, County Antrim, and County Donegal. |

Lingering rarities confirmed as still present were the Little Crake in Buckinghamshire, Pallid Harrier in Norfolk, Blue-winged Teal in East Yorkshire, White-rumped Sandpipers in Gloucestershire and County Mayo, Richardson's Cackling Goose in Argyll, Ferruginous Ducks in both Cambridgeshire and Dorset, Red-breasted Geese in Highland, Norfolk, and Northumberland, and Lesser Scaups in County Antrim, Clyde, Cornwall, and Devon. |

Exciting breaking news tonight of a Barrow's Goldeneye in Dumfries and Galloway at Loch Ryan and a Little Crake in Buckinghamshire at Linford Lakes. Other discoveries included a Lesser Scaup in Clyde at Lochwinnoch and White-rumped Sandpipers both in County Mayo at Kilcummin and in Gloucestershire at Slimbridge. Lingering rarities confirmed as still present were the Eastern Yellow Wagtail in Aberdeenshire, Pallid Harrier in Norfolk, Red-breasted Geese in Highland and Northumberland, Blue-winged Teal in Cambridgeshire, White-billed Diver in Shetland, and Lesser Scaups in County Antrim, Cornwall, and Devon. Late news from yesterday concerned a Lesser Yellowlegs on the Western Isles on Benbecula. |
