Discoveries today included a Pallid Swift in Fife at Crail, a Red-flanked Bluetail in East Yorkshire at Flamborough Head, a Lesser Yellowlegs in Suffolk at Southwold, and a Dusky Warbler on the Shetland Isles at North Gluss, Mainland. Lingering rarities confirmed as still present were the Little Crake in Buckinghamshire, Pallid Harrier in Norfolk, Blue-winged Teal in East Yorkshire, White-rumped Sandpipers in Gloucestershire and County Mayo, Richardson's Cackling Goose in Argyll, Ferruginous Ducks in both Cambridgeshire and Dorset, Red-breasted Geese in Highland, Norfolk, and Northumberland, and Lesser Scaups in County Antrim, Clyde, Cornwall, and Devon. |
