Discoveries today included a new Eastern Stonechat in East Yorkshire at Flamborough Head, four Coues's Arctic Redpoll two in East Yorkshire at Spurn, two on Shetland at Papa Stour and Fair Isle, a Red-throated Pipit in Cornwall at Sennen, Radde's Warbler on Isle of Man at Calf of Man, Pallid Harrier in Somerset at Weston-super-mare on the Axe Estuary, Pallid Swift in East Yorkshire at Spurn, two Dusky Warblers in Orkney on North Ronaldsay

Lingering rarities confirmed as still present were the Red-headed Bunting and Eastern Stonechat in East Yorkshire, Upland Sandpiper in Cornwall, Baird's Sandpiper in County Cork, two Squacco Herons in Somerset and Western Isles respectively, Red-flanked Bluetail in East Yorkshire, Dusky Warblers in County Durham and Suffolk, Long-billed Dowitchers in East Sussex, Lesser Yellowlegs in Lincolnshire and County Louth.

On the Isles of Scilly Dusky Warbler on St Agnes, Red-breasted Flycatcher, Glossy Ibis, Wryneck, and Barred Warbler on St Mary's, whilst around island totals of 16 Yellow-browed Warblers, and seven Little Buntings.
