	Discoveries today included a new Red-eyed Vireo in County Cork at Mizen Head, two Blue-winged Teals together in County Kerry at Smerwick Harbour, and in South Yorkshire a Red-footed Falcon at Thorne Moors. On the Isles of Scilly the Blackburnian Warbler remained on Bryher, with Wilson's Snipe, American Buff-bellied Pipit, Short-toed Lark, Bluethroat, Little Bunting, and Common Rosefinch on St Mary's, and at sea a Fea's/Desertas Petrel, nine Cory's Shearwaters, and 48 Great Shearwaters. On the Shetland Isles the Black-winged Stilt remained on Yell, two Parrot Crossbills and a Red-breasted Flycatcher were on Unst, and on Mainland an Eastern Stonechat species, Olive-backed Pipit, Ring-necked Duck, and four Arctic Redpolls. Lingering rarities elsewhere included the Myrtle Warbler still in County Clare, both Swainson's Thrush and Spotted Sandpiper on the Western Isles, another Red-eyed Vireo in County Cork, Whiskered Tern in Angus, Red-flanked Bluetail in Glamorgan, Blyth's Reed Warbler in County Donegal, Blue-winged Teal in Lincolnshire, Black Scoter in Northumberland, Kentish Plover in Somerset, White-rumped Sandpiper in County Wexford, and Lesser Yellowlegs in Cleveland and Cornwall (2).
