  A Lesser Scaup was found at Castle Loch, Dumfries and Galloway, and there are seven White-billed Divers now present off Cullen, Moray.

Lingering rarities still present included the Belted Kingfisher in Lancashire, White-tailed Lapwing in Lincolnshire, Double-crested Cormorant in County Leitrim, Forster's Tern in County Galway, Baikal Teal in Yorkshire, Black Scoter in Northumberland, Lesser Scaup in Western Isles, King Eider in Lothian, Red-breasted Goose in Norfolk, Richardson's Cackling Goose in County Sligo, Lesser Yellowlegs in Suffolk, Penduline Tit in Somerset and Dusky Warbler in London.

Scarcity highlights included a Serin, a Yellow-browed Warbler, two Little Buntings, two Great Grey Shrikes, seven Shorelarks, 32 Glossy Ibises, a Green-winged Teal, three Surf Scoters, 29 Ring-necked Ducks, a Taiga Bean Goose, two Black Brants, two Ring-billed Gulls, two Kumlien's Gulls, four Glaucous Gulls and 11 Iceland Gulls.
