Lingering rarities seen today included an American Coot in County Kerry (a second bird in the county, present for over a week), single Baikal Teals in Somerset and Yorkshire, White-tailed Lapwing in Lincolnshire, Semipalmated Plover in County Cork, Kentish Plover in Somerset, Lesser Yellowlegs in Suffolk, single Pacific Divers in Glamorgan and County Cork, American Buff-bellied Pipit in Devon, Red-flanked Bluetail in County Durham, single Hume's Warblers in Kent and Sussex, Dusky Warbler in Kent, three Penduline Tits in Somerset, Northern Harrier in County Offaly, White-winged Scoter in Lothian and single Lesser Scaups in Ayrshire and Western Isles. Scarcity highlights included a Richard's Pipit, a Little Bunting, a Waxwing, a Hoopoe, a Rose-coloured Starling, a Great Grey Shrike, two Yellow-browed Warblers, 15 Shorelarks, 40 Lapland Buntings, two American Wigeon, two Green-winged Teals, seven Surf Scoters, ten Ring-necked Ducks, a Todd's Canada Goose, a Black Brant, 13 Tundra Bean Geese, 35 Glossy Ibises, a Kumlien's Gull, four Ring-billed Gulls, five Glaucous Gulls and eight Iceland Gulls. |

Rarities elsewhere comprised the White-tailed Lapwing still in Lincolnshire, White-winged Scoter and King Eider again together in Lothian, Forster's Tern in County Galway, Baikal Teal and three Penduline Tits in Somerset, Pacific Diver in Glamorgan, American Buff-bellied Pipit in Devon, Red-flanked Bluetail in County Durham, Hume's Warblers in both East Sussex and Kent, Dusky Warblers in Kent and North Yorkshire, Lesser Yellowlegs in County Wexford, Richardson's Cackling Geese in Merseyside and County Sligo (2), and Lesser Scaups in Ayshire, County Cork, County Westmeath, and the Western Isles (2).
