Wednesday 1st December 2021  
  The highlight of the day was another Brunnich's Guillemot, this time passing Fife Ness, Fife. There have now been at least nine records since 26th November.

Rarities elsewhere comprised the Black Scoter still in Moray, Ross's Goose in Ayrshire, Ferruginous Duck in Surrey, Lesser Scaup and Cackling Goose both still on the Western Isles, and in County Clare a Bonaparte's Gull new at Quilty.

Scarcities included Serin (County Durham), Ring-billed Gull (a new bird in County Clare), Green-winged Teal (Hampshire), Lapland Bunting (East Yorkshire), two each of American Wigeon, Yellow-browed Warbler, Black Brant, and Grey Phalarope, four Ring-necked Ducks, seven Glossy Ibises, and a total of 11 Shorelarks.
