| Lingering rarities confirmed as still present today were the Elegant Tern
on Anglesey, Short-billed Dowitcher in County Cork, Western Rufous Turtle Dove in East Yorkshire,
Red-footed Falcon on the Isles of Scilly, and two Black-winged Stilts
together in Norfolk. Scarcities included four Rose-coloured Starlings, Glossy Ibis (Oxfordshire), and Iceland Gull (Isles of Scilly). |
