  New discoveries today included a Bonaparte's Gull at Lodmoor RSPB, Dorset, a Bee-eater on The Lizard, Cornwall and a White-billed Diver off Lossiemouth, Moray.

Lingering rarities included the White-throated Sparrow in Sussex, American Herring Gull in Cornwall, Bonaparte's Gull in Gloucestershire, White-winged Scoter in Lothian, Two-barred Crossbill in Nottinghamshire, Penduline Tit in Somerset, Lesser Yellowlegs in Devon and County Waterford and White-billed Diver in Shetland.
