Tuesday 12th January 2021  
  Lingering rarities confirmed as still present today were the Pacific Golden Plover in Moray, Eastern Black Redstart in Norfolk, Rustic Bunting in Surrey, Eastern Yellow Wagtail in Northumberland, Dusky Warbler in Merseyside, Lesser Yellowlegs in Devon, and two Richardson's Cackling Geese together on the Western Isles.

Scarcities included Ring-billed Gull (Clyde), American Wigeon (Northumberland), Yellow-browed Warbler (Surrey), Black Brant (County Dublin), Snow Goose (Western Isles), two Rose-coloured Starlings, four each of Surf Scoter, Green-winged Teal, and Glossy Ibis, and eight of both Ring-necked Duck and Waxwing.

Monday 11th January 2021  
  Lingering rarities still present today included the Rustic Bunting in Surrey, Dusky Warbler in Merseyside and Lesser Yellowlegs in County Waterford.

Scarcity highlights included two Little Buntings, two Rose-coloured Starlings, three Shorelarks, 13 Waxwings, a Glossy Ibis, a Surf Scoter, an American Wigeon, three Green-winged Teal, four Ring-necked Ducks, a Black Brant, eight Tundra Bean Geese, three Ring-billed Gulls, five Glaucous Gulls and 13 Iceland Gulls.

Sunday 10th January 2021  
  The first White-throated Sparrow for Kent is in a garden near Orlestone, where it has been present several days.

Other lingering rarities seen today included the Eastern Yellow Wagtail in Northumberland, Rustic Bunting in Surrey, Dusky Warbler in Merseyside, Long-billed Dowitcher in Cumbria, Lesser Yellowlegs in Devon and Yorkshire and King Eider in County Kerry.

Scarcity highlights included a Richard's Pipit, a Rose-coloured Starling, a Yellow-browed Warbler, two Great Grey Shrikes, two Little Buntings, three Lapland Buntings, at least 34 Waxwings, five Glossy Ibises, a Rough-legged Buzzard, a Grey Phalarope, an American Wigeon, two Green-winged Teal, two Surf Scoters, six Ring-necked Ducks, a Tundra Bean Goose, two Black Brants, three Ring-billed Gulls, 11 Glaucous Gulls and 27 Iceland Gulls.

Saturday 9th January 2021  
  A Dusky Warbler was discovered at Thetford, Norfolk today, and a King Eider was at Castlegregory, County Kerry.

Lingering rarities included the Rustic Bunting in Surrey, Dusky Warblers in Merseyside and Kent and Lesser Yellowlegs in Yorkshire.

Scarcity highlights included a Richard's Pipit, two Little Buntings, two Great Grey Shrikes, two Rose-coloured Starlings, four Yellow-browed Warblers, 18 Waxwings, 24 Lapland Buntings, an American Golden Plover, two Little Auks, three Glossy Ibises, a Green-winged Teal, two American Wigeon, four Surf Scoters, ten Ring-necked Ducks, two Black Brants, 11 Tundra Bean Geese, two Ring-billed Gulls, seven Glaucous Gulls and 14 Iceland Gulls.

Friday 8th January 2021  
  Lingering rarities seen today included the Rustic Bunting in Surrey, Lesser Yellowlegs in Devon and Pacific Golden Plover in Moray.

Scarcity highlights included a Richard's Pipit, a Lapland Bunting, Great Grey Shrike, a Yellow-browed Warbler, two Rose-coloured Starlings, three Little Buntings, a Grey Phalarope, a Green-winged Teal, five Surf Scoters, five Ring-necked Ducks, two Tundra Bean Geese, a Pomarine Skua, a Ring-billed Gull, nine Glaucous Gulls and 13 Iceland Gulls.

Tuesday 5th January 2021  
  Rarities today comprised the Belted Kingfisher still in County Cork, Black Duck in Highland, Rustic Bunting in Surrey, Kentish Plover in Somerset, King Eider in Moray, Lesser Yellowlegs in Devon, Ferruginous Duck in Hampshire, and two White-billed Divers still together on the Shetland Isles, whilst in Northumberland the Eastern Yellow Wagtail reappeared at Prestwick Carr where it had first been seen on 6th November.

Scarcities included Rose-coloured Starling (Dorset), American Wigeon (Northumberland), Yellow-browed Warbler (Surrey), Lapland Bunting (Highland), Black Brant (Hampshire), three each of Little Bunting, Ring-billed Gull, and Surf Scoter, four Glossy Ibises, and a total of 12 Ring-necked Ducks.

Monday 4th January 2021  
  Rarities today comprised the Sociable Lapwing still in Cornwall, Eastern Black Redstart in Norfolk, Rustic Bunting in Surrey, a Dusky Warbler still in Kent, Lesser Yellowlegs in Devon, one White-billed Diver on the Shetland Isles, and two Richardson's Cackling Geese still together on the Western Isles.

Scarcities included Richard's Pipit (West Sussex), American Golden Plover (Western Isles), Surf Scoter (Orkney Isles), two each of Little Bunting, Rose-coloured Starling, Grey Phalarope, Green-winged Teal, and Lapland Bunting, three Shorelarks, five each of, Ring-billed Gull, Ring-necked Duck, Yellow-browed Warbler, and Glossy Ibis, and a total of 19 Waxwings.
