News was received on the continued presence of the Sociable Lapwing in Cornwall, Pacific Golden Plover in Moray, Rustic Bunting in Surrey, Eastern Yellow Wagtail and Hooded Merganser in Suffolk, Long-billed Dowitcher in Cumbria, and the Dusky Warblers in Cheshire and Devon. Other highlights today included Ring-billed Gull (Co.Wicklow), two Little Buntings (Surrey), two Richard's Pipits, Rose-coloured Starling (Anglesey), nine Waxwings, three Yellow-browed Warblers, Great Grey Shrike (Surrey), two Green-winged Teal, three Surf Scoters, 10 Ring-necked Ducks, four Black Brants, 52 Tundra Bean Geese, Leach's Petrel (Cornwall), four Grey Phalaropes, Kumlien's Gull (Co.Galway), 10 Glaucous Gulls, 26 Iceland Gulls and three Glossy Ibises. |
