Scarcities included Richard's Pipit (West Sussex), Little Buntings (Nottinghamshire, Shetland and West Sussex), Rose-coloured Starlings (Anglesey and Devon), American Wigeon (Co Antrim), Black Brant (Co Derry), three Green-winged Teals, at least six Glossy Ibises, seven Ring-necked Ducks and a flock of 11 Waxwings (Moray). |
