Forster's Tern in County Galway, Hooded Merganser and Coues's Arctic Redpoll in Clyde,
Pallid Harrier in East Yorkshire, Black Duck in Highland, Red-flanked Bluetail in Glamorgan,
Eastern Black Redstart in Cleveland, Hume's Warbler and Lesser Yellowlegs in Dorset, King Eider in County Kerry and
Red-breasted Goose in Lancashire. Scarcities included Bluethroat (Lincolnshire), Serin (East Sussex), Rose-coloured Starling (West Sussex), two Rough-legged Buzzards, three each of both Little Bunting and Richard's Pipit, four each of Ring-billed Gull and Glossy Ibis, five American Wigeons, six Ring-necked Ducks, eight Great Grey Shrikes, 13 Lapland Buntings, 35 Shorelarks, 46 Cattle Egrets and 109 Tundra Bean Geese. |

| The highlight of the day was the discovery of the first Pacific Diver for Devon in Tor Bay off Broadsands and present until dusk; the fourth individual seen
between Britain and Ireland this winter. Lingering rarities confirmed as still present today were the Blue Rock Thrush in Wiltshire, Pacific Diver in Northumberland, Pallid Harrier in East Yorkshire, Desert Wheatear in Devon, Hume's Warbler in Dorset, Red-flanked Bluetail in Glamorgan, Coues's Arctic Redpoll in Clyde, Eastern Black Redstart in Cleveland, Hudsonian Whimbrel and Lesser Scaup in Cornwall, Red-breasted Goose in Lancashire, Lesser Yellowlegs in Dorset, two Richardson's Cackling Geese together in Argyll, and White-billed Divers on both the Orkney Isles and the Shetland Isles. Scarcities included Bluethroat (Lincolnshire), Serin (East Sussex), Ring-billed Gull (Pembrokeshire), American Wigeon (Fife) and Lesser Snow Goose (Lancashire), two each of Rose-coloured Starling, Rough-legged Buzzard, Surf Scoter and Yellow-browed Warbler, three Little Buntings, four Glossy Ibises, five Ring-necked Ducks, 10 Great Grey Shrikes, 12 Lapland Buntings, 39 Shorelarks, 44 Cattle Egrets, and a total of 121 Tundra Bean Geese. |

| In Highland the Siberian Accentor remained in Highland at an undisclosed site near Invergordon, with other Scottish rarities today comprised the American Coot still on the Western Isles, the
Killdeer still on the Shetland Isles, and the Hooded Merganser still in Clyde with two
Coues's Arctic Redpolls identified at nearby Hamilton. Elsewhere, lingering rarities confirmed as still present were the Blue Rock Thrush in Gloucestershire, Pacific Diver in Northumberland, Hudsonian Whimbrel and Lesser Scaup in Cornwall, Desert Wheatear in Devon, Eastern Black Redstart in Cleveland, Red-breasted Goose in Lancashire, Bonaparte's Gull in County Cork and Lesser Yellowlegs in Dorset. Scarcities included Bluethroat (Lincolnshire), Rose-coloured Starling (West Sussex), Richard's Pipit (Gloucestershire), Rough-legged Buzzard (Cambridgeshire), Glossy Ibis (Cambridgeshire), Lapland Bunting (Bedfordshire), Yellow-browed Warbler (Devon), two each of Little Bunting and Snow Goose, three each of American Wigeon, Great Grey Shrike and Kumlien's Gull, five each of Ring-billed Gull and Ring-necked Duck, 36 Cattle Egrets, and a total of 77 Shorelarks. |

Lingering rarities comprised Blue Rock Thrush in Gloucestershire, Pacific Diver in Northumberland, Northern Harrier and White-billed Diver on the Orkney Isles, Red-flanked Bluetail in Glamorgan, Desert Wheatear in Devon, Pallid Harrier in East Yorkshire, Hume's Warbler and Lesser Yellowlegs in Dorset, Red-breasted Goose in Lancashire, Hudsonian Whimbrel and Lesser Scaup in Cornwall, Eastern Black Redstart in Cleveland and Ferruginous Duck in County Durham. Scarcities included Bluethroat (Lincolnshire), Little Bunting (Bedfordshire), Serin (East Sussex), Kumlien's Gull (County Waterford), two each of both Surf Scoter and Richard's Pipit, three Ring-necked Ducks, five each of American Wigeon and Great Grey Shrike, six Ring-billed Gulls, seven Yellow-browed Warblers, 45 Lapland Buntings, 53 Cattle Egrets, and a total of 73 Shorelarks. |
