| The highlight of the day was the relocation of the Lesser Yellowlegs in Gloucestershire at Commbe Hill Meadows. Elsewhere rarities comprised the
Pine Bunting still in North Yorkshire, Blue Rock Thrush in Gloucestershire,
Pacific Divers in both Cornwall and Northumberland, Pallid Harrier in East Yorkshire, Hooded Merganser and
Bonaparte's Gull in Clyde, Eastern Black Redstart in Cleveland and Lesser Yellowlegs in Dorset. Scarcities included Little Bunting (Devon), Serin (East Sussex), Surf Scoter (Conwy) and Green-winged Teal (Dorset), two each of Rose-coloured Starling, Rough-legged Buzzard, Ring-necked Duck, Yellow-browed Warbler, Ring-billed Gull and Kumlien's Gull, three American Wigeons, six Great Grey Shrikes, 25 Cattle Egrets, 33 Lapland Buntings and a total of 54 Shorelarks. |

| Lingering rarities still present today comprised the Dusky Thrush still in Derbyshire,
Blue Rock Thrush in Gloucestershire, Pacific Diver in Northumberland,
Pine Bunting in North Yorkshire, Red-flanked Bluetail in Glamorgan,
Eastern Black Redstart in Cleveland, Hooded Merganser and Bonaparte's Gull in Clyde, and Lesser Yellowlegs in Dorset. Scarcities included Rose-coloured Starling (West Sussex), Serin (East Sussex), Rough-legged Buzzard (Norfolk), Lesser Snow Goose (Lancashire), Kumlien's Gull (County Waterford), two each of Little Bunting, Ring-necked Duck and Surf Scoter, three each of American Wigeon and Yellow-browed Warbler, seven Ring-billed Gulls, eight Great Grey Shrikes, 41 Cattle Egrets, 56 Shorelarks, and a total of 89 Tundra Bean Geese. Significant late news concerned a Gyr seen yesterday on Harris, Western Isles. |

| The highlight of the day was the discovery of the first Lesser Yellowlegs for Worcestershire at Longdon. Elsewhere, in Clyde a
Bonaparte's Gull was new at Gourock, Clyde, a Taverner's Cackling Goose
was reported in Argyll on Islay, and in Dorset the Hume's Warbler reappeared on Portland. Lingering rarities confirmed as still present were the Dusky Thrush in Derbyshire, Pine Bunting in North Yorkshire, Blue Rock Thrush in Gloucestershire, Pacific Diver and Black Scoter in Northumberland, Hooded Merganser in Clyde, Red-flanked Bluetail in Glamorgan, Desert Wheatear and Bonaparte's Gull in Devon, Eastern Black Redstart in Cleveland, Red-breasted Goose in Lancashire, Lesser Yellowlegs in Dorset, Lesser Scaup in Cornwall and Ferruginous Duck in Hampshire. Scarcities included Serin (East Sussex), Lesser Snow Goose (Lancashire), two each of Rose-coloured Starling, Little Bunting and Rough-legged Buzzard, three Glossy Ibises, four each of American Wigeon, Ring-necked Duck, Surf Scoter and Kumlien's Gull, seven Ring-billed Gulls, eight Great Grey Shrikes, 38 Cattle Egrets, 39 Lapland Buntings and 59 Shorelarks. |

| Lingering rarities still present today included the Dusky Thrush in

Pallid Harrier in Yorkshire, Pacific Diver, Hudsonian Whimbrel
and Eastern Black Redstart in Cornwall, Pacific Diver and
Black Scoter in Northumberland, Eastern Black Redstart in Cleveland,
Desert Wheatear and Bonaparte's Gull in Devon, Snowy Owl in
Orkney, Lesser Yellowlegs in Dorset, Hooded Merganser in
Clyde and Red-breasted Goose in Lancashire.
Scarcity highlights included a Serin, a Rose-coloured Starling, two Yellow-browed Warblers, three Little Buntings, a Little Auk, a Lesser Snow Goose, a Green-winged Teal, two Surf Scoters, four American Wigeon, four Ring-necked Ducks, two Glossy Ibises, a Rough-legged Buzzard, eight Great Grey Shrikes, two Black Brants and 200 Tundra Bean Geese (including 147 in Norfolk, 123 of which were in a single flock). Gull totals were six Ring-billed, 37 Glaucous and 52 Iceland. |

| An adult Laughing Gull was found in County Galway today, watched
flying along the beach at Creggoduff, Connemara.
Lingering rarities still present today included the Dusky Thrush in Derbyshire, Blue Rock Thrush in Gloucestershire, Pine Bunting and Pallid Harrier in Yorkshire, Killdeer in Shetland, Pacific Divers in Cornwall and Northumberland, Black Scoter also in Northumberland, Desert Wheatear in Devon, Eastern Black Redstart in Cleveland, Lesser Yellowlegs in Dorset and Red-breasted Goose in Lancashire. Scarcity highlights included a Serin, a Yellow-browed Warbler, a Rose-coloured Starling, a Rough-legged Buzzard, a Pomarine Skua, two Lapland Buntings, four Great Grey Shrikes, a Lesser Snow Goose, a Surf Scoter, three American Wigeon, four Ring-necked Ducks, five Green-winged Teals, 19 Cattle Egrets and 169 Tundra Bean Geese (128 of which were in Norfolk). Gulls were once again well represented, with totals of one Kumlien's, three Ring-billed, 43 Iceland and 54 Glaucous. |

Scarcities included Serin (East Sussex), Surf Scoter (County Dublin), Yellow-browed Warbler (County Waterford), Rough-legged Buzzard (Norfolk), Ring-billed Gull (County Clare), Kumlien's Gull (County Cork), three Ring-necked Ducks, six Lapland Buntings, 12 Cattle Egrets, 35 Shorelarks, and a total of 64 Tundra Bean Geese. |

inland in Cambridgeshire, Pallid Harrier in East Yorkshire, Hooded Merganser in Clyde,
Eastern Black Redstarts in Cleveland and Cornwall, Red-breasted Goose in Lancashire,
Lesser Yellowlegs in Dorset and Ferruginous Duck in County Durham. Scarcities included Rose-coloured Starling (West Sussex), Ring-billed Gull (County Wicklow), Surf Scoter (Fife), Glossy Ibis (Aberdeenshire), Kumlien's Gull (County Donegal), two each of Little Bunting, Lapland Bunting and Ring-necked Duck, three Rough-legged Buzzards, four American Wigeons, nine Great Grey Shrikes, 25 Cattle Egrets, and a total of 67 Shorelarks. Significant late news concerned a Snowy Owl yesterday near Aghagower, County Mayo. |
