| Rarities today comprised the Pacific Diver still in Northumberland, Blue Rock Thrush still in Gloucestershire,
Snowy Owl, White-billed Diver and Lesser Scaup on the Orkney Isles,
Hooded Merganser in Clyde, Hudsonian Whimbrel and Lesser Scaup in Cornwall,
Pallid Harrier in East Yorkshire, Desert Wheatear and Bonaparte's Gull in Devon,
Coues's Arctc Redpoll in Clyde, Eastern Black Redstart in Cleveland,
Lesser Yellowlegs in Dorset, King Eider in County Kerry and two Richardson's Cackling Geese
in Argyll. Scarcities included Bluethroat (Lincolnshire), Little Bunting (Bedfordshire), Yellow-browed Warbler (Devon), Surf Scoter (Lothian), Rough-legged Buzzard (Norfolk), two each of Richard's Pipit, Snow Goose and Glossy Ibis, three each of American Wigeon and Ring-necked Duck, four Ring-billed Gulls, five Great Grey Shrikes, 22 Cattle Egrets, 40 Lapland Buntings and 48 Shorelarks. |

| In Highland the Siberian Accentor remained in Highland at an undisclosed site near Invergordon, with other Scottish rarities today comprised the American Coot still on the Western Isles, the
Killdeer still on the Shetland Isles, and the Hooded Merganser still in Clyde with two
Coues's Arctic Redpolls identified at nearby Hamilton. Elsewhere, lingering rarities confirmed as still present were the Blue Rock Thrush in Gloucestershire, Pacific Diver in Northumberland, Hudsonian Whimbrel and Lesser Scaup in Cornwall, Desert Wheatear in Devon, Eastern Black Redstart in Cleveland, Red-breasted Goose in Lancashire, Bonaparte's Gull in County Cork and Lesser Yellowlegs in Dorset. Scarcities included Bluethroat (Lincolnshire), Rose-coloured Starling (West Sussex), Richard's Pipit (Gloucestershire), Rough-legged Buzzard (Cambridgeshire), Glossy Ibis (Cambridgeshire), Lapland Bunting (Bedfordshire), Yellow-browed Warbler (Devon), two each of Little Bunting and Snow Goose, three each of American Wigeon, Great Grey Shrike and Kumlien's Gull, five each of Ring-billed Gull and Ring-necked Duck, 36 Cattle Egrets, and a total of 77 Shorelarks. |

| In Ireland a King Eider was at Castlegregory in County Kerry and a
Bonaparte's Gull was at Kennedy Quay, Cork.
Lingering rarities included the Red-flanked Bluetail in Glamorgan, Blue Rock Thrush in Gloucestershire, Eastern Black Redstart in Cleveland, Desert Wheatear in Devon, Hume's Warbler in Dorset, Hooded Merganser in Clyde, Pacific Diver in Northumberland, Lesser Yellowlegs in Dorset, Hudsonian Whimbrel and Lesser Scaup in Cornwall, Red-breasted Goose in Lancashire, Bonaparte's Gull in Clyde, Pallid Harrier in Yorkshire and White-billed Divers in Lothian and Orkney. Scarcity highlights included a Bluethroat, a Serin, two Richard's Pipits, three Little Buntings, three Yellow-browed Warblers, a Todd's Canada Goose, a Lesser Snow Goose, a Pomarine Skua, two Ring-necked Ducks, three Green-winged Teals, four Surf Scoters, four American Wigeon, a Kumlien's Gull and six Ring-billed Gulls. |

| The highlight of the day was a Siberian Accentor in Highland at Invergordon present since 8th February at an undisclosed location. Elsewhere, a Snowy Owl was reported briefly on Papa Westray, Orkney Isles. Lingering rarities comprised Blue Rock Thrush in Gloucestershire, Pacific Diver in Northumberland, Northern Harrier and White-billed Diver on the Orkney Isles, Red-flanked Bluetail in Glamorgan, Desert Wheatear in Devon, Pallid Harrier in East Yorkshire, Hume's Warbler and Lesser Yellowlegs in Dorset, Red-breasted Goose in Lancashire, Hudsonian Whimbrel and Lesser Scaup in Cornwall, Eastern Black Redstart in Cleveland and Ferruginous Duck in County Durham. Scarcities included Bluethroat (Lincolnshire), Little Bunting (Bedfordshire), Serin (East Sussex), Kumlien's Gull (County Waterford), two each of both Surf Scoter and Richard's Pipit, three Ring-necked Ducks, five each of American Wigeon and Great Grey Shrike, six Ring-billed Gulls, seven Yellow-browed Warblers, 45 Lapland Buntings, 53 Cattle Egrets, and a total of 73 Shorelarks. |

Glamorgan, Dusky Thrush in Derbyshire, Blue Rock Thrush in
Gloucestershire, Pacific Divers in Northumberland and Cornwall, Hooded
Merganser in Clyde, Black Scoter in Northumberland, Eastern Black
Redstart in Cleveland, Hudsonian Whimbrel in Cornwall, Lesser
Yellowlegs in Dorset, Forster's Tern in County Galway, Bonaparte's
Gull in Devon and Pallid Harrier in Yorkshire.
Scarcity highlights included a Serin, two Richard's Pipits and four Yellow-browed Warblers. |

| The highlight of the day was the relocation of the Lesser Yellowlegs in Gloucestershire at Commbe Hill Meadows. Elsewhere rarities comprised the
Pine Bunting still in North Yorkshire, Blue Rock Thrush in Gloucestershire,
Pacific Divers in both Cornwall and Northumberland, Pallid Harrier in East Yorkshire, Hooded Merganser and
Bonaparte's Gull in Clyde, Eastern Black Redstart in Cleveland and Lesser Yellowlegs in Dorset. Scarcities included Little Bunting (Devon), Serin (East Sussex), Surf Scoter (Conwy) and Green-winged Teal (Dorset), two each of Rose-coloured Starling, Rough-legged Buzzard, Ring-necked Duck, Yellow-browed Warbler, Ring-billed Gull and Kumlien's Gull, three American Wigeons, six Great Grey Shrikes, 25 Cattle Egrets, 33 Lapland Buntings and a total of 54 Shorelarks. |

| Lingering rarities still present today comprised the Dusky Thrush still in Derbyshire,
Blue Rock Thrush in Gloucestershire, Pacific Diver in Northumberland,
Pine Bunting in North Yorkshire, Red-flanked Bluetail in Glamorgan,
Eastern Black Redstart in Cleveland, Hooded Merganser and Bonaparte's Gull in Clyde, and Lesser Yellowlegs in Dorset. Scarcities included Rose-coloured Starling (West Sussex), Serin (East Sussex), Rough-legged Buzzard (Norfolk), Lesser Snow Goose (Lancashire), Kumlien's Gull (County Waterford), two each of Little Bunting, Ring-necked Duck and Surf Scoter, three each of American Wigeon and Yellow-browed Warbler, seven Ring-billed Gulls, eight Great Grey Shrikes, 41 Cattle Egrets, 56 Shorelarks, and a total of 89 Tundra Bean Geese. Significant late news concerned a Gyr seen yesterday on Harris, Western Isles. |
