  A Caspian Tern was at Carr Vale, Derbyshire for much of the day, before visiting Orgreave Lagoons, South Yorkshire briefly early evening. A Savi's Warbler was reported from Strumpshaw Fen RSPB, Norfolk, the American Golden Plover at Tacumshin, County Wexford was reidentified as a Pacific Golden Plover and a White-rumped Sandpiper was present for its second day at Starnafin Farm, Aberdeenshire.

Other lingering rarities seen today included the Hudsonian Whimbrel in Cornwall, two Little Bitterns in Somerset, Bonaparte's Gull in Kent, White-rumped Sandpipers in Norfolk and Lincolnshire and three Wilson's Petrels from the RV Celtic Explorer south of Cape Clear, County Cork and west of the Isles of Scilly.
