  New discoveries today included a Broad-billed Sandpiper at Gronant, Flintshire, a Savi's Warbler at Burnham Overy, Norfolk and three Bee-eaters at Derriton, Devon.

Lingering rarities included just the Great Knot in Norfolk, Gull-billed Tern in Forth and King Eider in Lothian.

Scarcities were singles of Woodchat Shrike, Marsh Warbler, Red-necked Phalarope, American Golden Plover, Glossy Ibis, Honey Buzzard, Ring-billed Gull, Iceland Gull, White Stork and three Cattle Egrets.
