  Today saw the re-appearance of the Semipalmated Plover at Tacumshin in County Wexford. It was present in the morning but not seen again after midday.

The Gull-billed Tern remained in Lothian, with it, or another, reported in the morning at Kinneil Lagoon in Forth. There was a belated report of a White-rumped Sandpiper yesterday at Loch Bee on South Uist.

The Lammergeier was reported again on Dartmoor and the Dalmation Pelican was still to be found at Drift Reservoir in Cornwall. Other lingering rarities comprised Eastern Olivaceous Warbler in Shetland, Great Reed Warbler in Cambridgeshire, Greenish Warbler in Suffolk, Savi's Warbler in Gwent, Alpine Swift on Scilly, Great Spotted Cuckoo in Dorset, Little Bittern in London, Bonaparte's Gull in Northumberland, Laughing Gull in Kent and King Eider in Highland.
