| New discoveries today included a White-rumped Sandpiper at Tacumshin,
County Wexford and Bee-eaters at Hanging Houghton, Northamptonshire,
Sanday, Orkney and two over Portland, Dorset.
Lingering rarities included the Least Sandpiper in the Isles of Scilly, Greater Yellowlegs in Hampshire, Broad-billed Sandpiper in Norfolk, Little Bittern in South Yorkshire, Red-footed Falcon in Staffordshire, Bonaparte's Gull in Kent, King Eider in Highland at Lesser Scaup in Somerset. |
